Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone!

St. Patrick's Day is held on March 17 every year, because it's the day that Saint Patrick had died. St. Patrick is the primary patron saint of Ireland. St. Patrick's Day is celebrated in many countries throughout the world, and is a public holiday in Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as in Montserrat.

Traditionally, the day is celebrated with parades, and wearing green. Also, people drink Guinness and attend church ceremonies, if they're the religious sort. Sports teams also wear special jerseys when they play games.

If you want to know more about the history of St. Patrick's Day, a good place is here. Hope you all have a good day today! Enjoy some corned beef, put on some green, and maybe learn a bit about some Irish culture.
